UNDER CONSTUCTION
I haven't painted any thing. I started Jana's watercolor classes on Saturday. Not only was I inspired to paint, I loved her studio so much I decided to change my art room. I'm moving ALL the furniture and painting one wall. Well I've been working on it for the last 7hrs, and 5 coats later I'm still trying to get a full coverage. It's a very deep purple (really pretty) I know I will love it but I will NEVER paint this color again.......maybe.

Isn't that room orange, blue, red and yellow? Is this a jewel purple?
I tried painting a couple of apples, HUGE difference in how the paint act on wc paper compared to the sketchbook! I need to try them again wc paper.
Wow! A purple room! How exciting! Thanks for the nice words about my studio. I love it too, though I'm definitely a white-wall sort of girl. I used to like to paint my walls chartreuse green to make it feel like springtime, but nowadays need the serenity that white walls bring. I hope you'll post a photo when it's done.
