White Vase
24x36 canvas in acrylics, I purchased this vase at goodwill for something like $4.00. I think it's one of my favorites. The painting I did last night, although I think it needs a little more work, but I wanted to post it because I usually start over working the medium. It just felt good to slap some paint on canvas and due to the size of the piece I was able to get a lot of movement in the strokes.

OMG! Donna, this is EXCELLENT I love the texture on the vase and the balance of dark and light colors!
The petals of the flowers look like you felt them as opposed to drawing them--they are evocative and wonderful. I liked lookinga t your blog!
