"Goebel" Bird
This little cutey is a ceramic bird made by Goebel that I acquired from my sister-in-laws mother or as I like to call her Mom. She gave me her collection of four. It's alot prettier then the painting. Although I think the face turned out well.

Very pretty! It looks like it would be challenging to paint but you captured the form very well.
So simple but so lovely. What a beautiful painting. I couldn't say why but I find it very touching.
I love this painting. I copied it from your sight and framed it. It is displayed on my mantel under my other bird pictures.
